What is your cancellation policy?

All orders must be cancelled 14 days prior to pick-up or delivery for a refund. No refunds will be issued if order is cancelled within 1 week of requested pickup/delivery.  For orders under $300, full payment is required at time of booking to secure your time. 25% of this is non-refundable as we have saved your date and been unable to accept other bookings.

For orders over $300, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. Cancellations with more than 14 days notice will be eligible for a refund. 

There are no refunds for less than 14 days cancellation notice and full payment is due.

How much notice?

We typically book four weeks in advance. We can sometimes accommodate orders with less notice as well.

Custom orders with less than 4 weeks notice are subject to a shipping fee if we need to custom order for your event.

Balloon Care

Once balloons are picked up, delivered or we leave the installation site, we are no longer responsible for them.  Balloons should be kept away from other objects so they don't get poked or popped.

Balloons should be taken directly inside to a climate controlled environment and not be left in a hot or cold car. Foil balloons may burst in heat.

What is the payment method?

Payment is collected in full at time of booking.  Bookings over $300, may choose to pay a 25% deposit at time of booking with the balance due a minimum of 14 days prior to your event. If payment is not made within 24 hours, your spot will no longer be held. Please recheck with us at that point to confirm if your requested date and time is still available.

Payment can be made by  email money transfers or cheque.

What if the weather is bad for the day we planned our picnic/ movie night?

Not a worry! We provide a few options for rainy days.

1) We can arrange a last minute picnic inside your private home the day of your scheduled event

2) We know weather can be unpredictable, so we offer 365 days from your scheduled event date to reschedule your picnic

Do you require a security deposit?

We will include a security deposit on your invoice, the amount of which will be determined by your specificities. During your event you will be responsible for the set-up contents in its entirety and you will be fully refunded when we collect the items barring no damage has been done. This includes wine stains and spills and lost or broken items.

Can I book a picnic/movie night a day before the event?

Unfortunately, we need a minimum 4 weeks prior and 6 weeks to book your custom picnic/ movie night party.

Do you charge delivery fee?

Yes. We calculate our delivery fee based on kilometers.
